A Clinical Study on Postmenstrual Colic Treated by Gami-sibjeon-tang

Abstract

|
We treated two patients who had dysmenorrhea. One had an endometriosis, the other had an adenomyosis uteri. Severe pain was after post menstruation as well as menstruation period. After treatment, relief of postmenstrual colic was less than menstrual pain. Then we thought the postmenstrual colic was concern with inflammation. Gami-sibjeon-tang was used when the inflammation didn’t healed because of deficiency of Ki and blood. We administerd Gami-sibjeon-tang and their postmenstrual colic was relieved.
